A summernight in July 2024, I could not sleep. So from a bunk-bed on 3-mast barkentine Loa sailing in Kattegat I founded "bajka", using only my mobile phone, I established the legal entity and thereby the foundation of bajka. Next morning I received confirmation of being a company owner.

This was the first step into self-employment. My primary work area is IT consultant specializing in Microsoft cloud technology services. But also Maritime services etc. are within my spectrum.
Being 48y.o. I realize that I can probably not keep up the high pace in the IT business until I reach retirement age, so this is also an opportunity to slowly adopt to other service areas.

I bought a boat, which I plan to use as "mobile home/office", by being able to place it near the customers, so I can offer more onsite-days without a lot of travel/bridge/hotel expenses.
